PRODUCT INFORMATION
Traditional Hand craft Canele made with Rum and Vanilla. Crunchy caramel outside, Soft and moist inside.
Our Canele comes freshly baked. You can use them directly or freeze them.
Once frozen, you can defrost them straight in the oven at 180 Degrees for 6min. Or at room temperature for 3 hours. We recommend to re-heat them before serving to customer (2 min at 200 Degrees)
Shelf life of 2 days in dry display or 1 week in cold display.
